Puw for Estate agents

Puw for estate agents

You are not trying to win a photography award, you are trying to get the listing online tonight looking like the property deserves. Puw re-lights a phone walk-through at 4K in about twenty seconds a photo, with the geometry pinned so nothing in the property is added, moved or removed.

Every listing arrives with the same two constraints: it has to go up quickly, and the photography budget is whatever you can do yourself between viewings. So the choice has been between dark phone photos now or an editing service that costs around two dollars an image and comes back tomorrow — which means the good listings get treated and the ordinary ones do not, and the ordinary ones are most of your stock. The interesting change is not quality, it is that the price stops forcing you to choose.

Where this fits in your week

Shoot the walk-through in one go

Corner of each room, chest height, and the frontage from across the street. Twelve to twenty-five frames.

Everything stays on Precise

Property photos are a legal record before they are marketing. Precise changes the light and nothing else.

One batch per listing

Twenty-five photos render at the same time and report individually, so the listing goes live the same evening.

Do the whole stock, not just the good ones

At seven to ten cents an image there is no longer a reason to ration which listings get treated.

Drop your photos.

Drop one or many — they all render at the same time, each with its own mode and notes.

It's free to try — no card, no commitment

Questions people ask.

Is this allowed in a listing?

Re-lighting and colour-correcting a real photograph is standard post-processing. Adding, removing or altering features is misrepresentation in most markets — which is why property work belongs on Precise, where neither is possible.

What does it cost against an editing service?

A 25-photo listing is about $1.75 on Studio. The same listing at US$2 an image through an editing service is $50.

Can I remove the bins from the driveway?

No. Puw changes lighting, not contents. Move the bins before you shoot — that is a thirty-second job and it is also the compliant one.

Can the whole office share one plan?

Max carries up to five seats on one dashboard and Studio is unlimited, with usage shared rather than split per person.
